Outdoor Area: Enjoy your coffee and meals in the shaded outdoor dining area, comfortably seating four, under a pergola. Two comfortable sun loungers are also available for you to unwind and soak in the atmosphere. Indoor Areas: The spacious living room includes a cozy sofa, a dining table with sea views, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen features all necessary appliances, a refrigerator, cookware, and two coffee machines (including a Nespresso with complimentary capsules). The home offers two comfortable bathrooms—one with a bathtub and another with a washing machine. Complimentary toiletries are provided as well. The two welcoming bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed each, air conditioning, and a TV. Both have direct access to the outdoor area, allowing you to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze every morning. Additionally a sofa bed is available for a 5th guest and a fold up bed for a 6th guest. Other Things to Note: This home has been cherished by our family for many years, and we warmly welcome you to create your own beautiful memories here. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Useful Distances: • Loutra, with local restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket, is just a 7-minute drive. • Chora, offering dining, nightlife, and shopping options, is 15 minutes away by car. • Merichas, the island’s main port with ferry access and dining spots, is a 20-minute drive. Additional Amenities: Air conditioning and internet access are included in your booking. The property also has outdoor security cameras for theft protection. Three beach chairs and an umbrella are at your disposal—perfect for exploring other beaches on the island.
