The main volume of the villa along with the outdoor infinity pool consists of a 7,500 sq. m. plot of land. Villa Soho was designed with the aim of being able to host from 12 to 14 people. It is a brand new spacious and functional summer home, with luxurious and comfortable areas for both day and night. It’s six bedrooms, one of which is a master with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, and two of which are independent guest rooms, and will host your friends and family with the privacy we all need during our holiday! Finally, this smart ultra-modern villa is equipped with in-house and remote command management systems, has state-of-the-art cooling and heating systems and an intelligent automatic watering system for its surrounding Mediterranean vegetation and gardens.
