The impressive front terraces and lawned gardens host a stone built covered BBQ with wood burning oven and a small outdoor kitchen,located by the pool.The beautiful large pool is equipped with a Jacuzzi/massage area, and complemented by a romantic outdoor seating corner perfect for enjoying summer starry nights… The interior of the villa is set on three floors.Entrance floor comprises living room with comfortable sofas, separate dinning room with one more sofa and fully equipped kitchen.On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and a lovely terrace with amazing views to the sea and Ravdouha Peninsula.On the lower floor, there is one more bedroom with a raised platform double bed and one more sofa bed, as well as one more bathroom. The villa is a short drive away from the famous Falassarna beach, and just 15 minutes away from Kissamos Harbour,the starting point of the renown Gramvousa and Balos lagoon boat trip. Within a short walk, local tavernas and small shops can be found and within a short drive or taxi route, the best seafood can be tasted at one of Kolymbari village tavernas.
