Peace and comfort in seaside serenity

This delightful residence stands in a tranquil setting overlooking the crystal-clear waters that gently lap the quiet beach of Agios Petros. A dirt road (1.5 km) in good condition leads down to the property from the main road. Southwest-facing and slightly elevated, the house affords amazing sea and sunset views. And while it offers intimacy and privacy, the presence of several other residences in the vicinity means guests do not feel isolated. Agios Petros is located roughly in the centre of the island's west coast, about 15 km from the main port and town. Just 50 m from the residence, the beach is divided into two halves by a large rock that juts into the sea. Perched atop this rock is the dazzling white Catholic chapel of St. Peter, dating to the 16th century. The beach directly in front of the house is a mix of pebbles and sand. Calm, shallow waters make both halves of the beach ideal for children. The nearest village is Kardiani, one of the most beautiful on the island, widely acclaimed for its greenery, running water, stunning architecture and breathtaking views.
Built on two levels, the attractive exterior features elements of Tinos' distinctive dovecote-style decoration. The 130 m2 residence has an inviting open-plan living room with a fireplace and two large sofas on the ground floor. On the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that comfortably seats six, plus a double bedroom (1,80x2m) and one bathroom. On the upper floor, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a double bed (1,70x2m or 85x2m) that can easily be converted into two singles. Also on this floor is the third bedroom with a double bed (1,55x2m) and a bathroom. A kitchen with a small refrigerator and coffee machine provides this level with a degree of autonomy. Each bedroom has its own private veranda that affords captivating sea views. The outdoor areas are designed for comfort and relaxation, where guests can find their own favourite spot for rest and contemplation or even take a refreshing shower. When friends or family want to get together, there is a large outdoor dining table for 10, with armchairs and loungers for sunbathing or unwinding in the shade. In addition, there is a cosy sitting area in the shadow of two carob trees, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, take a midday siesta, or spend time stargazing.
