Harmoniously settled in its natural surroundings with undistracted sea views, the house is just 200 meters walk to the sandy beach of Soros which is located in the southern part of Antiparos. Its privileged location offers a variety of taverns and a short drive to other beautiful beaches such as Faneromeni and Agios Georgios. Other highlights to visit would be the Archaic Sanctuary on the small un-inhabited island of “Despotiko”, the stalactite cave on the hill of Agios Ioannis or the town’s main attraction “Kastro”. For the more adventurous you can also explore the island on a bicycle.

Set on 3 levels consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which the master bedroom on the first floor - double bed, ensuite bathroom and sea views, the family bedroom a few steps down from the ground floor - double bed with 1 single bed and direct outdoor access. The independent guest room is located on a lower level accessible from the pool area, consists of 2 twin beds, ensuite bathroom and TV, can accommodate additional guests or staff. All bedrooms with a/c. The house interiors, a blend of earthy tones and vintage pieces. This New Traditionalist style shows a personality that is a haven for families. The property is surrounded by two spacious outdoor areas. One backyard shaded patio and the other accessed from the living room leads to the pool featuring a shaded dining facility as well as a lounge area with built-in sofas, overlooking the pool and sunbeds. Villa Hestia can be rented separately or together with the neighbouring property villa Thea for larger groups.
