Warm greetings! Welcome to our beach house and land, which we take care of with affection. Not just another blue-flag Halkidiki resort but a place of well-being, nature-bonding and philoxenia. Beachfront (3m), quality, private, quiet residence, boasting serene, azure blue, shallow sea literally at your feet and stunning Mt Olympus views. Spacious, landscaped garden (3.250 m²), organic vegetable garden, private balconies, patios, terraces, numerous spots & kiosks to relax with the sound of sea waves and birds. The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, and fully renovated (2023) kitchen and 1 bathroom with a shower cabin . 5’ drive to at least 10 “Blue Flag” awarded beaches in the neiborhood . 16 km to the Petralona prehistoric cave, famous for the size and the wealth of its stalactites, stalagmites, intricate corridors and halls. 14 km to Nea Moudania, the commercial, economic and cultural centre of Halkidiki, hosting a rich cultural programme throughout the summer - including the famous “Festival of the Sea”. Mid-way to Halkidiki and Thessaloniki (40 km to the airport; 47 km to Thessaloniki) — 1km to the main road that leads to the city and all the famous beaches of Kassandra and Sithonia peninsula. The property is 6 stairs from the level of the ground. The semi-detached room is reserved solely for storage purposes for the host. The host resides in a separate bungalow inside the property, 30 m from the house, when necessary. Gardeners, the caretaker as well as the host may be around during your stay at the shared spaces in the backyard/ front yard.

House Rules: 1. Check in time is between 14:00 - 21:00 at arrival day & check out time is between 08:00 - 10:00 at departure day. Check in/ out should be scheduled at least one day before. 2. Wifi code could be provided upon request. 3. Information about hot water could be provided in case you face difficulties. 4. Smoking is not allowed 5. Pets are not allowed 6. Events/Parties are not allowed 7. Children are welcomed. Baby cots could be provided upon request. 8. Minimum age limit for check in: 18 9. Quiet hours are between 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00. 10. 24- hour contact service Have a nice stay!

Cancellation Policies

● 21 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded. ● 20-10 Days: In case the booking is canceled between 20 till 10 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as a cancellation fee. ● 9-0 Days: If the booking is canceled later than 9 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total amount is charged as a cancellation fee. In case of a cancellation due to Covid-19 issues, the guest could proceed to a changing of dates or can ask for an open Voucher due to 18 months on the future from the departure date. The amount that covers Covid-19 issues is 70% of the total amount in any case. ●In case of no-show, without any update from the guest, any taken amount is non-refundable. ●In case of refunding any amount regarding a cancellation, the transaction fees will be charged to the customers.
