The apartment is located in a safe and a quiet neighborhood with mostly families living around. Everything is within walkable distance from the penthouse: Supermarket, fruit market, cheesemaker, meat market, bakery and many more just 1′ walking distance away. There is plenty of space to park your car right in front of the house, while cafeterias, restaurants, the seaside and the famous Argostoli’s bridge is just 3′ away. The closest beach, Makris Yialos is 6′ by car or approximately 35′ walking distance.

House Rules

Smoking, as well as parties/events, are not allowed. All guests must provide a phone number when they book and inform us about the estimated arrival time. There is a self-check-in procedure (you take the key from a key box in the building). For safety reasons (ex. fires, thefts...) we cannot provide a second pair of keys. Also, it is not allowed in any case or for any reason to separate the key set during the stay.
