The apartment provides for air conditioning, wi fi and workspace for a laptop. In very close proximity to University street, there is a bus stop that can take you to Patras city center, the University of Patras, or Rio hospital. There are super markets, cafes, and other stores in close proximity.

No smoking, parties, or events. Check-in time is 15:00 - 20:00, and check out by 11:00 (noon) There is a 10 Euro charge for a domestic pet, which are paid in cash upon check-in. There is a 5 Euro charge per hour for late check-in after 20:00
